Structure Papers means the structuring papers provided by Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab and Gorrissen F▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ setting out the steps necessary to implement the Corporate Reorganisation which shall be updated to consider the implications if the Lenders under the Sinosure Facility and the Commercial Facility elect not to participate in the Hive Down with respect to their Collateral Pool.
