Student-List definition

Student-List means a list of currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students at the University who have not opted-out of disclosure of their Directory Information pursuant to the University’s FERPA policy. This list shall be used, at the beginning of the first year of this Agreement, to mail PNC Bank’s Program material, and shall be provided to PNC Bank annually, by April 30 for the following academic year, for use in marketing by PNC Bank permitted under this Agreement and for no other purpose.
Student-List means a list of currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students at the University. The Student List shall not be provided to PNC Bank, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties by amending this Agreement, and in such event, the Student-List shall only include those undergraduate and graduate students who have not opted-out of disclosure of their directory information pursuant to the University’s FERPA policy.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport.   • Student means a person, other than a person in receipt of a training allowance, who is attending or undertaking—

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee.   • Student record means information that constitutes education rec- ords as that term is defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • At-risk student means any identified student who needs additional support and who is not meeting or not expected to meet the established goals of the educational program (academic, personal/social, career/vocational). At-risk students include but are not limited to students in the following groups: homeless children and youth, dropouts, returning dropouts, and potential dropouts.

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.

  • Student teaching means a supervised teaching practice occurring near the end of an applicant's approved program.

  • Eligible list means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.
