  • The Student Portal shall enable Students to select a Delivery Method, review historical transactions, and manage Student Portal profile credentials.

  • At least fourteen (14) days prior to a Student’s Delivery Date, School shall transmit to TMS via the School Portal a file containing certain information applicable to such Student, to the extent permitted by Section 2.4(e) of this Agreement, sufficient to enable TMS to authenticate the identity of such Student End User when such Student End User accesses the Student Portal via the unique link provided by School.
