Study Order definition

Study Order dated November 7, 2019, titled “Bispecific NK engager (AFM13) combined with Cord Blood-derived NK cells for refractory Hodgkin and other CD30+ lymphomas” that is part of, and is subject to, the terms and conditions of the SDCA.
Study Order means an order for the supply of the Services, issued by us in accordance with clause 3 (Study Orders), a form of which is provided at Annexure 1 to this Agreement. TGA means the Therapeutic Goods Administration of the Commonwealth of Australia or any successor body. TORO Document means the transfer of regulatory obligations document at Attachment 2. Variation has the meaning given in clause 4 (Variation).

Examples of Study Order in a sentence

  • Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given or made under this Agreement by one of the Parties hereto to the other shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or made for all purposes on the date of mailing by certified mail, postage prepaid, overnight courier service, and/or fax to be followed by mailed original addressed to such other Party at its respective address as referenced in the Study Order.

  • In addition, the Group Study Order issued on April 8, 2020 will allow Eversource to process distribution studies in groupings that will include different customers bundled together.

  • No Party shall have the authority to agree to or incur expenses on behalf of another except as may be expressly authorized by this Agreement or a Study Order.

  • If the Parties are unable to agree on a new Principal Investigator or if the new Principal Investigator is unwilling to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the relevant Study Order, either Party shall be entitled to terminate the respective Study Order in accordance with Section 8.5.

  • Termination or cancellation of this Agreement or a Study Order will not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties that have accrued prior to termination, and any provisions of this Agreement or a particular Study Order that by their nature extend beyond expiration or termination will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and/or that particular Study Order.

  • As used in this Study Order, “Study Subject” means a participant who is both enrolled in the Study and has met all the Protocol criteria for full participation.

  • I confirm that I have received a copy of the Agreement under which this Study Order is issued, and that I have read and understand the Agreement and this Study Order.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means confidential, non-public information, know-how and data (technical or non-technical) that is disclosed in writing, orally, graphically, in machine readable form, or in any other manner by or on behalf of a disclosing Party to a receiving Party or its Affiliates for purposes of this Agreement or any Study Order (“Purpose”).

  • The Parties agree that any termination of a Study Order shall allow for: (i) the wind down of the Study to ensure the safety of Study subjects; and (ii) Adaptimmune’s final reconciliation of Data related to the Study in addition to Adaptimmune’s final monitoring visit.

  • From time to time during the Term, either Party (the “Transferring Party”) may supply the other Party (the “Receiving Party”) with proprietary materials of the Transferring Party (other than Study Drug) (“Proprietary Materials”) for use in the Study as may be further listed in the Study Order.

Related to Study Order

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Regulatory Order means an Order issued by an Applicable Commission or FERC that affects or governs the rates, services, or other utility operations of the Business.

  • Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, winding up, dissolution or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor’s property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or composition of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.

  • Declaratory order means the department’s interpretation of a statute, rule or order as applied to specified circumstances. A declaratory order is issued in response to a petition for declaratory order.

  • Development order means any order granting, denying, or granting with conditions an application for a development permit. See s. 163.3164(15), F.S. “Development permit” includes any building permit, zoning permit, subdivision approval, rezoning, certification, special exception, variance, or any other official action of local government having the effect of permitting the development of land. See s. 163.3164(16), F.S.

  • Delivery Order is defined in Section 3.

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed on behalf of the Company by one (1) of its Officers and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.

  • Money order means a payment order for a specified amount of money. The term includes an express money order and a personal money order on which the remitter is the purchaser.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Blanket Order means the agreement wherein a vendor will sell certain items to the Municipality for an agreed period of time with established terms and conditions.

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • First Day Orders means all orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or within five Business Days of the Petition Date or based on motions filed on the Petition Date.
