Sub shall be solely responsible for contributions, liabilities and obligations under such plans and programs for the Sub Employees from and after the Effective Date, and Parent shall be solely responsible for contributions, liabilities and obligations under such plans and programs for Transferred Employees accrued prior to the Effective Date.
