Subcontractor Services means the services Subcontractor provides to or on behalf of Business Associate pursuant to the Master Agreement, which is incorporated into, and made part of, this Agreement.

Subcontractor Services means the services provided to Client and/or its Affiliate(s) by Subcontractor Staff that are procured and supported by HealthTrust.   • Operator Services provides for:
