  • The Contractor shall require that each of its Subcontractors and Suppliers warrant to the Owner and Design Professional that all materials, products and assemblies, other than those which specifically and expressly required by the Contract Documents, incorporated, or submitted for incorporation into this Project, are free of Hazardous Materials.

Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Subcontracting means any action, practice, or effort by an
