SUBI Supplement means any supplement or amendment to the Trust Agreement executed from time to time in connection with the creation and issuance of a particular SUBI.
SUBI Supplement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).

Except as otherwise specified or as the context may otherwise require, capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Standard Definitions attached hereto as Annex A, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if set forth fully herein, and if not defined therein then as defined in the SUBI Supplement or the Trust Agreement.
The Transferor shall comply with and abide by the SUBI Supplement and Trust Agreement in all respects.
More Definitions of SUBI Supplement
SUBI Supplement means any of the one or more supplements to the Titling Trust Agreement, substantially in the form attached thereto as an exhibit, the execution and delivery of which by the UTI Beneficiary and the Titling Trustee in accordance with Section 3.01(c) of the Titling Trust Agreement will effect the creation of a SUBI.
SUBI Supplement. With respect to any SUBI Certificate pledged under the Indenture, the related SUBI Supplement (as such term is defined in Section 4.2(b) of the Trust Agreement).
