Examples of SUBI in a sentence

  • The Depositor, each Subservicer (with respect to the Loans being subserviced by it) and the Servicer shall indicate generally in their computer files or other records that the Loans have been conveyed to the Issuer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the 2024-1A SUBI Supplement.
