Subject Documents definition

Subject Documents means all of the Finance Documents, the Time Charters, the Bareboat Charters, the Newbuilding Contracts and the Management Agreements (none to be amended, varied, supplemented or modified without the consent of the Security Trustee) and together with any other instrument, document or memorandum, scheduled to any of the documents referred to above, and any notice, consent or acknowledgement referred to in or required pursuant to any of the documents referred to above and any document, instrument or memorandum which secures any of the obligations of the Borrowers under any of the Finance Documents or under any other Subject Document;
Subject Documents means the Loan Documents, any and all documents, instruments and agreements previously, concurrently or hereafter executed by Obligor in favor of Agent or Lender, or between Obligor, Guarantor or any other Accommodation Party, and Agent, which incorporate by reference an alternative dispute resolution agreement, any and all related documents, instruments and agreements, and any and all extensions, renewals, amendments and replacements of any of the foregoing; and “Subject Documents” shall mean any one of such Subject Documents.
Subject Documents has the meaning set forth in the NBCU Sale and Contribution Agreement.

Subject Documents means all of the Finance Documents, the Approved Charter, the Purchase Documents and the Management Agreement (none to be amended, varied, supplemented or modified without the prior consent of the Lender, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld in relation to the Approved Charter) and together with (a) any other instrument, document or memorandum, scheduled to any of the documents referred to above, and (b) any notice, consent or acknowledgement referred to in or required pursuant to any of the documents referred to above and (c) any document, instrument or memorandum which secures any of the obligations of the Borrower under any of the Finance Documents or under any other Subject Document;
Subject Documents means this agreement, the Security Documents, the Settlement Agreement, the Bareboat Charter, the documents evidencing and/or securing the Prior Loan and any and all documents executed or to be executed pursuant to any one or more of these documents;
Subject Documents means the Subsidiary Sale Agreement, this Agreement, the Performance Guaranty, the NBCU Transfer Agreement, the Transfer Agreement, the Indenture, any Indenture Supplement, the Notes, the Servicing Agreement, any Loan Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Senior Trust Certificate Supplement to the Trust Agreement, the NBCU Funding LLC Agreement, the Transferor LLC Agreement, the Purchase Price Letter, the Issuer Administration Agreement and any other document heretofore, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Person, or any employee of any Person, and delivered in connection with any of the foregoing or the transactions contemplated thereby and which has been agreed to by Seller to be a Subject Document.
