Subproject 4 definition

Subproject 4 is comprised of LNG Train 4 of the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility and all OSBL Facilities and modifications and improvements to the Stage 1 Liquefaction Facility and the Existing Facility required for LNG Train 4 to receive Natural Gas, produce LNG and transfer LNG to all Tanks.
Subproject 4 has the meaning set forth in the Stage 2 EPC Agreement.

Examples of Subproject 4 in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) Days thereafter, Owner shall specify in writing which items on the list it wishes Contractor to purchase and whether such items are requested to be delivered to the Site prior to Substantial Completion of Subproject 3, Substantial Completion of Subproject 4 or Final Completion.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4, Contractor shall provide instrument air for testing and operation and compressed air suitable for construction, testing and drying and any other purposes required in connection with performance of the Work.

  • All temporary buildings, piping, cabling, communications equipment, storage facilities, fencing, gates, gas detection equipment, utilities, and the like shall be removed on Substantial Completion of Subproject 4.

  • Contractor shall provide lubricating oils, mDEA, and refrigerants from date of first fill, including changes and replenishments, until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4, Contractor shall provide and pay for all temporary utilities (i.e., electricity, water (other than the water provided by Owner for the hydrotest in accordance with Attachment U), communication, cable, telephone, waste and sewer) necessary for the performance of the Work, including installation and usage costs.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4, such personnel shall be under the direction and control of and supervised by Contractor.

  • If Substantial Completion of Subproject 4 occurs before the date falling *** (***) Days after issuance of NTP (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP4”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of *** (U.S.$***) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Subproject 4 between the period of first production of LNG from Subproject 4 and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP4 and (ii) sold by Owner to one of its customers prior to the Schedule Bonus Date for SP3 (“Schedule Bonus for SP4”).

  • Applicable Contractor personnel shall also be trained to comply with this FSP for the period up to Substantial Completion of Subproject 4.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 4, Owner shall be entitled to a Change Order upon request in accordance with this Section 6.1.

  • Contractor shall be responsible for the security, fencing, guarding, lighting, and supervision of the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility until all of the requirements of Substantial Completion of Subproject 4 have been satisfied.

Related to Subproject 4

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
