Stage 2 EPC Agreement definition

Stage 2 EPC Agreement has the meaning specified in the preamble.
Stage 2 EPC Agreement means the engineering, procurement and construction agreement between Owner and Contractor dated December 6th, 2013 for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and testing of Subproject 3, to be located at the Stage 2 Site.
Stage 2 EPC Agreement means the Fixed Price Turnkey Agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Corpus Christi Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility by between Owner and EPC Contractor dated December 6, 2013.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 8.2 shall apply to any loss or damage to the Work caused by, arising out of or resulting from, any activities, events or omissions occurring in connection with the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, Stage 2 EPC Agreement or Stage 4 EPC Agreement.

  • Owner shall provide Contractor with reasonable notice of any request for access to the Stage 3 Site by (i) any of Owner’s other contractors or subcontractors seeking to perform work at the Stage 3 Site (except with respect to Contractor’s work performed under the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, the Stage 2 EPC Agreement or the Stage 4 EPC Agreement) or (ii) any Landowner.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the work performed under the Stage 1 EPC Agreement is governed by the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, the work performed under the Stage 2 EPC Agreement is governed by the Stage 2 EPC Agreement, the work performed under the Stage 4 EPC Agreement is governed by the Stage 4 EPC Agreement and the Work performed under this Agreement is governed by this Agreement.

  • The full amount of Five Hundred Million U.S. Dollars (U.S.$ 500,000,000) may be satisfied under either the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, the Stage 2 EPC Agreement or this Agreement.

  • Such extension to the Stage 2 EPC Agreement shall meet the requirements of the Stage 2 EPC Agreement.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the waivers and disclaimers of liability, releases from liability, exclusions, limitations and apportionments of liability and indemnities expressed in the Stage 1 EPC Agreement, the Stage 2 EPC Agreement, the Stage 4 EPC Agreement and this Agreement shall apply to the work performed under each agreement respectively and shall not supersede any such rights, obligations or liabilities that arise out of the other agreement.

Related to Stage 2 EPC Agreement

  • EPC Agreement means, with respect to each Project, the engineering, procurement and construction contract between the applicable Project Company and the EPC Contractor for design, procurement and installation of such Project.

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Phase 1 Study means a clinical study of a drug candidate in human patients with the primary objective of characterizing its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics and identifying a recommended dose and regimen for future studies as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a), or a comparable clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States. The drug candidate can be administered to patients as a single agent or in combination with other investigational or marketed agents.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
