Subscribed Functionality definition

Subscribed Functionality means functionality available pursuant to a Subscription, including, the receipt and processing by the Symphony Classroom AI Hub of Voice Audio (locally or in the cloud,) and, if including Pairing, interoperation of the Symphony Classroom Solution with Third Party Solutions via Instructor Devices to access, process, transmit and display Content.
Subscribed Functionality means capabilities available pursuant to a Subscription.

  • Authorized Use only includes Subscribed Functionality for specific Symphony Classroom Offerings pursuant to valid Subscriptions and in accordance with their terms, and Post-Subscription Functionality for those Symphony Classroom Offerings as applicable.
