Symphony Classroom AI Hub definition

Symphony Classroom AI Hub means the Xxxxxx Mind physical device that includes far field microphones, speakers, and EdgeAI™ technology that connects to Instructor and classroom equipment and resources (such as monitors, laptops and projectors) and the Internet.

  • You will ensure that (i) the Symphony Classroom AI Hub is physically secure in a classroom or facility on a campus controlled by the Institution and kept with microphones muted or disabled when not in Authorized Use by you, and (ii) the Remote is secured when not in Authorized Use by you.

  • Enrolled Instructors wishing to use Full Functionality must Pair the Instructor Device with the Symphony Classroom AI Hub.

  • Subject to Institution’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Xxxxxx Mind hereby grants Institution a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Xxxxxx Solution and Xxxxxx Mind Materials, including any software and firmware that may be included within the Symphony Classroom AI Hub or Remote or otherwise made available by Xxxxxx Mind for download and use hereunder, and applicable Documentation, in each case solely for Authorized Use.

  • These accounts are used to enable the Xxxxxx digital assistant on a variety of devices, including Xxxxxx Origin, Symphony Classroom AI Hub, and Third-Party Offerings.

Related to Symphony Classroom AI Hub

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Classroom means a classroom created by a Moderator consisting of a group of class seats through which Students use the Service under moderation by a Moderator.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Help Desk the telephone helpdesk described in Clause 7.1;

  • Classroom hour means 50 minutes of instruction out of
