Subscriber Affiliate definition

Subscriber Affiliate means an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Subscriber, in each case through majority voting power;

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Purchasers is defined in Section 12.3.1.

  • Company Entity means the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.

  • Excluded Affiliates means, collectively, any Affiliates of any of the Lead Arrangers that are engaged as principals primarily in private equity, mezzanine financing or venture capital.

  • U.S. Purchaser means any purchaser of the Offered Securities that is, or is acting for the account or benefit of, a person in the United States, or any person offered the Offered Securities in the United States.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • DGS&D means Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals
