Subscriber Affiliates means PBS's or PAS's Associate Subscribers, Support Subscribers, and its employees, contractors, salespeople, and assistants (whether licensed or unlicensed as real estate agents or appraisers).

Subscriber Affiliates means, with respect to the Subscriber, (i) himself, (ii) his wife, (iii) any business entity in which the Subscriber owns or controls more than a majority of the economic ownership interests in the equity of such entity and has the power to elect a majority of directors of such entity or otherwise has, directly or indirectly, actual control over the business and operations of such entity and (iv) any trust of which the Subscriber and/or his wife is the grantor and the sole beneficiaries of which are comprised solely of the group consisting of the Subscriber, his wife and any Permitted Holder.

Examples of Subscriber Affiliates in a sentence

  • HIS may amend this agreement by providing 30 days’ advance notice of the amendment to Subscriber or the Subscriber Affiliates continue to use the HIS Service or HIS Software after the expiration of the 30-day notice period, Subscriber will be deemed to have agreed to the terms as amended.

  • For clarity, ▇▇▇▇'s liability under the Agreement will remain unaffected regardless of whether additional Subscriber Affiliates use the Services.

  • On receipt of the amounts paid to it by the Subscribers (and Subscriber Affiliates) under clause 5.1(b) and (c), the Facility Agent must pay the same to a Subscription Account in the Australian Capital Territory or outside Australia.
