Subscriber Basket definition

Subscriber Basket means, with respect to each Specified Business, the number of Basic Subscribers set forth opposite such Specified Business in Schedule 1.1(q)(i) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule; provided, however, that the Subscriber Basket allocated to the Group 2 Business shall be reduced by the MCE Subscriber Basket Component (if there are any Disputed MCE Systems).

Examples of Subscriber Basket in a sentence

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Average Active Subscriber Base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.
