Subscriber Private Data definition

Subscriber Private Data means any information or combination of information from which an individual (including Subscriber’s customers) may be personally identified, and includes: (a) an individual’s name or portion thereof, (b) Social Security number, (c) driver’s license number or a state identification card number issued in lieu of a driver’s license, (d) financial account number, credit or debit card number.

Examples of Subscriber Private Data in a sentence

  • TOMIS shall keep confidential all Subscriber Private Data on the same basis contained in Sections 13.1 and 13.2; provided, however, that Subscriber Data other than Subscriber Private Data is not covered by the confidentiality obligations of this Section 13.4.

  • Subscriber shall comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances and government directives for protecting the privacy of Subscriber Private Data.

Related to Subscriber Private Data

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscriber Agreement means an agreement that governs the issuance and use of a Certificate that the Applicant must read and accept before receiving a Certificate.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Private Key means the key of a key pair used to create a digital signature;

  • BFE means any equipment which is to be provided by the purchaser of the Aircraft (whether actually provided by LESSOR as buyer-furnished equipment or Manufacturer as seller-purchased equipment).

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • Shareholder Data means all information maintained on the records database of Transfer Agent concerning Shareholders.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • ASTC means ASX Settlement and Transfer Corporation Pty Ltd ACN 008 504 532.

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.

  • Private carrier means an owner of a transport vehicle other than a public carrier who uses that vehicle solely for the carriage of goods which are his property or the carriage of which is necessary for the purposes of his business, not being a business of providing transport, or who uses the vehicle for any of the purposes specified in sub-section (2) of section 44;
