Subscription Customers definition

Subscription Customers means current Partner’s Customers with a valid Support Service or Wazuh Cloud contract in place.

Examples of Subscription Customers in a sentence

  • All Partners start at Tier 1 and can qualify for a higher Discount Tier by reaching the specified customer threshold for each Tier, taking into account Subscription Customers only.

  • For instance, if Partner has three (3) Subscription Customers, Wazuh will apply the Tier 2 discount to all forthcoming quotations provided to Partner.

  • In light of the abovementioned, Xxxxx will assess the number of Subscription Customers to determine the corresponding Discount Tier when preparing a Sales Order for Partner.

Related to Subscription Customers

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Service means the ServiceNow software-as-a-service offering ordered by Customer under an Order Form, Use Authorization or other signed ordering document between ServiceNow and Customer.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Cut-Off Time means 5.00 p.m. Dublin time on the Business Day immediately preceding the relevant Dealing Day or such point as the Directors may determine in exceptional circumstances;

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
