Subsequent Rate of Interest definition

Subsequent Rate of Interest means (A) if the Subsequent Rate of Interest is a fixed rate, the rate determined in accordance with Condition 4(a) and the "Fixed-Rate Note Provisions" in the applicable Final Terms; or (B) if the Subsequent Rate of Interest is a floating rate, the rate determined in accordance with Condition 4(b) and 4(c) and the "Floating-Rate Note Provisions" in the applicable Final Terms.
Subsequent Rate of Interest means the Initial Rate of Interest plus the Step Up Margin.
Subsequent Rate of Interest has the meaning specified in Section 2.8(f) of the Indenture.

More Definitions of Subsequent Rate of Interest

Subsequent Rate of Interest means the rate of interest applicable from and including the first day of the next interest period following the date on which ENEL is required to publish pursuant to Condition 5(c) the Assurance Report issued by the External Verifier in respect of the relevant Renewable Installed Capacity Percentage or Direct Green House Gas Emissions Condition (provided that in respect of the latter, Step Up Margin 2 shall be applied to calculate the Subsequent Rate of Interest).

Unless the context otherwise clearly requires, any reference to a “Subsidiary” is a reference to a Subsidiary of the Issuer, including the Guarantors, as applicable.
