Subservicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 6.0.Xxxxx Account” means (i) a deposit account identified on Exhibit III as a “Store Account” or any other deposit account established for the purpose of receiving In-Store Collections (other than any deposit account established pursuant to Section 6.3(b))and in respect of which the Seller shall have complied (or shall have caused the Originator to comply) with Sections 3.1(j), 5.2(b) and 5.2(c) and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Backup Servicer Fee means the fee to be paid to the Backup Servicer as set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement.

  • General Servicing Fee With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (i) the General Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date.
