Subsidiary Guaranty Supplement definition

Subsidiary Guaranty Supplement means each supplement substantially in the form of Annex I to the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement executed and delivered by a Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12.

Subsidiary Guaranty Supplement means each Supplement substantially in the form of Annex I to the Subsidiary Guaranty executed and delivered by a Subsidiary pursuant to Section 6.09.
