Subsidiary Unsecured Notes means, collectively, (i) the 6.750% unsecured notes due May 15, 2027 issued by Frontier California Inc., (ii) the 6.860% unsecured notes due February 1, 2028 issued by Frontier Florida LLC,(iii) the 6.730% unsecured notes due February 15, 2028 issued by Frontier North Inc., and (iv) the 8.400% unsecured notes due October 15, 2029 issued by Frontier West Virginia Inc.
