Substandard building definition

Substandard building means any building which fails to comply with the minimum standards set forth in SMC Chapter 22.206.
Substandard building means all buildings used for purposes of human habitation which do not conform to the minimum standards established by this chapter and by any other provisions of this code or other ordinances.
Substandard building means any building or portion thereof that is determined to be an unsafe building in accordance with the building code or that endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety or welfare of the public or its occupants due to one or more violations of this code.

Substandard building means any building or portion thereof which is determined to be unsafe due to any condition listed below or any building or portion thereof, including any dwelling unit, guest room or suite of rooms, or the premises on which the same is located, in which there exists any of the conditions referenced in this section to an extent that endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety or welfare of the public of the occupants thereof.
