Examples of Substantial Completion Inspection Deadline in a sentence

  • Substantial Completion Inspection Deadline means the date that is a fixed number of days after proper written notification is delivered to TFC and A/E by CMR that CMR has fully satisfied the requirements of UGC Section 12.1.1, and by which A/E must conduct a Substantial Completion Inspection.

  • Subject to the provisions of UGC Section 12.1.1, no later than the Substantial Completion Inspection Deadline, A/E shall, together with the TFC Project Manager, conduct a Substantial Completion Inspection of the Work to determine whether the Work or designated portion thereof, has achieved Substantial Completion.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.
