Substation Completion definition

Substation Completion means the Purchaser’s Interconnection Facilities are capable of safely (a) operating for commercial purposes, and (b) receiving Contract Energy for commercial use, in each case, in accordance with Good Industry Practices and applicable Law.

Examples of Substation Completion in a sentence

  • Such payment shall be made at the time of the execution of the related Turbine Completion Certificate and the Power Substation Completion Certificate by ZCC III and the Partnership and the Power Transfer Facilities Completion Certificate by Zond.
