Substitution Value definition

Substitution Value has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Substitution Value means the value in respect of Consumption Data or Regenerative Braking Data, as the case may be, set out in column 9 of the Journey Look-Up Table.
Substitution Value means, in respect of any Substitution Date and any substitution of Fund Collateral, the aggregate value of the Fund Collateral to be substituted using the most recently available net asset values of such Fund Collateral in respect of such Substitution Date, as determined by Party A in its sole discretion.

  • Substitution Amount The amount, if any, by which the Scheduled Principal Balance of a Deleted Mortgage Loan exceeds the Scheduled Principal Balance of the related Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan, or aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance, if applicable, plus unpaid interest thereon, any related unpaid Advances or Servicing Advances or unpaid Servicing Fees and the amount of any costs and damages incurred by the Trust Fund associated with a violation of any applicable federal, state or local predatory or abusive lending law in connection with the origination of such Deleted Mortgage Loan.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.
