Fund Collateral definition

Fund Collateral means any Eligible Fund Collateral credited to the Custody Account and being subject to the Pledge Agreement.
Fund Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 2.3.
Fund Collateral means the assets, stock and property of Borrower and DPT pledged to the Fund to secure Borrower's indebtedness to the Fund pursuant to the Note Agreement.
