Successfully Run definition

Successfully Run means, the Performance Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit J-2.
Successfully Run means, (a) with respect to a Capacity Test, that the applicable Capacity Test was completed in accordance with the applicable procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit 16A and (b) with respect to a Functional Test, that the Functional Test was completed in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit 27 and demonstrated that the Block being tested is capable of producing AC electricity.
Successfully Run means that the Five Consecutive Day Operational Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit H.

  • If the Project does not meet the Minimum Performance Test Requirements, Seller shall take corrective action and repeat the Performance Test until the Performance Test is Successfully Run and the Minimum Performance Test Requirements are met.

  • In order to achieve Project Substantial Completion, pursuant to Section 12.7(h) of the Agreement the Performance Tests as determined by a Successfully Run Performance Test must equal or exceed the Minimum Performance Tests Requirements.

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Minimum Guaranteed Plant Capacity, in the case of a Plant Capacity Test, or the Minimum Guaranteed Plant Reliability, in the case of a Plant Reliability Test , Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Guaranteed PV Plant Capacity, in the case of a PV Plant Capacity Test, Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • The transfer and/or vesting as aforesaid shall be subject to the existing charges, hypothecation and mortgages, if any, continuing over or in respect of all the aforesaid assets or any part thereof of the Transferor Company.

  • Contractor also agrees that, if after Substantial Completion, the Project is materially damaged due to any act of Contractor or any Subcontractor or otherwise materially altered by Contractor or any Subcontractor, then Contractor shall Successfully Run each [________] Test again.

More Definitions of Successfully Run

Successfully Run means, (a) with respect to the Capacity Test, that the Capacity Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit O and, (b) with respect to a Functional Test, that the Functional Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of the test as set forth in Exhibit P.
Successfully Run means, as applicable, that (i) the Five Consecutive Day Operational Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit H and reflects achievement of the “Reliability Guaranty” as that term is defined in Exhibit H and (ii) the Project has achieve the acceptance criterion for the Five Day Performance Ratio Test as set forth in Exhibit H.
Successfully Run means with respect to an Acceptance Test that the applicable Acceptance Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test set forth in Exhibit I-1 and the other provisions of this Agreement applicable to such test.

  • efficient exhaust draught means localised ventilation effected by mechanical means for the removal of gas, vapour, dust or fumes so as to prevent them (as far as practicable under the atmospheric conditions usually prevailing) from escaping into the air of any place in which work is carried on. No draught shall be deemed efficient which fails to remove smoke generated at the point where such gas, vapour, fume, or dust originate;

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.

  • POC (Proof of Concept) means testing the Software for evaluation purposes.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) shall mean the quantity of oxygen utilized in the biochemical oxidation of organic matter under standard laboratory procedure in five (5) days at 20 degrees Centigrade, expressed in milligrams per liter.

  • Exhaust emissions means the emission of gaseous, solid and liquid compounds from the tailpipe.

  • Phase III Trial means a human Clinical Trial of the Licensed Product, which trial is designed (a) to establish that the Licensed Product is safe and efficacious for its intended use; (b) to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the Licensed Product in the dosage range to be prescribed; and (c) consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(c).

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.
