Successfully Run definition

Successfully Run means, the Performance Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit J-2.
Successfully Run means that the Five Consecutive Day Operational Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit H.
Successfully Run means, (a) with respect to a Capacity Test, that the applicable Capacity Test was completed in accordance with the applicable procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit 16A and (b) with respect to a Functional Test, that the Functional Test was completed in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit 27 and demonstrated that the Block being tested is capable of producing AC electricity.

Examples of Successfully Run in a sentence

  • If the Project does not meet the Minimum Performance Test Requirements, Seller shall take corrective action and repeat the Performance Test until the Performance Test is Successfully Run and the Minimum Performance Test Requirements are met.

  • In addition, if pursuant to Successfully Run XXXX Storage Capacity Tests, Seller achieves the Minimum XXXX Storage Capacity but fails to achieve the Guaranteed XXXX Storage Capacity, subject to any retest procedures and other remedies set forth in the Agreement, then Seller shall pay, as set forth in the Agreement, the Initial XXXX Storage Capacity Liquidated Damages, if any, and the Final XXXX Storage Capacity Liquidated Damages, if any.

  • In order to achieve Project Substantial Completion, pursuant to Section 12.7(h) of the Agreement the XXXX Storage Capacity as determined by a Successfully Run XXXX Storage Capacity Test must equal or exceed the Minimum XXXX Storage Capacity.

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency, in the case of a XXXX XX Efficiency Test, the Guaranteed XXXX Storage Capacity, in the case of a XXXX Storage Capacity Test, the Guaranteed PV Plant Capacity, in the case of a PV Plant Capacity Test, Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Guaranteed PV Plant Capacity, in the case of a PV Plant Capacity Test, Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency, in the case of a XXXX XX Efficiency Test, the Guaranteed XXXX Storage Capacity, in the case of a XXXX Storage Capacity Test, Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • Contractor shall continue to perform curative work in accordance with this Section 9.10.5 until the Stage achieves the applicable Minimum Performance Standards and the applicable Performance Test is otherwise Successfully Run, notwithstanding the expiration of the Guaranteed Performance Levels Correction Period.


More Definitions of Successfully Run

Successfully Run means, (a) with respect to the Capacity Test, that the Capacity Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit O and, (b) with respect to a Functional Test, that the Functional Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and requirements for the proper performance of the test as set forth in Exhibit P.
Successfully Run means, as applicable, that (i) the Five Consecutive Day Operational Test was completed in accordance with the procedures, conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test as set forth in Exhibit H and reflects achievement of the “Reliability Guaranty” as that term is defined in Exhibit H and (ii) the Project has achieve the acceptance criterion for the Five Day Performance Ratio Test as set forth in Exhibit H.
Successfully Run or “Successful Run” means, with respect to each Acceptance Test, that the most recent attempt at the applicable Acceptance Test was completed in accordance with the approved Acceptance Test Procedures and the other conditions and requirements for the proper performance of such test set forth in Exhibit H and the other provisions of this Agreement applicable to such test. Successfully Run means that:
Successfully Run or “Successful Run” means, for each Phase and for the PV Power Plant (or, to the extent applicable, Block), (x) with respect to a Performance Acceptance Test, that (i) the applicable Performance Acceptance Test was completed in accordance with the applicable Performance Acceptance Test Procedures and (ii) the results from such Performance Acceptance Test demonstrate that such Phase, or the PV Power Plant, has successfully achieved at least the Minimum Performance Guarantee (or, with respect to a Block, the results from such Performance Acceptance Test demonstrate that the Block has successfully achieved at least ***% of its Guaranteed Capacity) and (y) with respect to a PV Power Plant Functional Test, that (i) the PV Power Plant Functional Test was completed in accordance with the applicable PV Power Plant Functional Test Procedure and (ii) the results from such PV Power Plant Functional Test demonstrate that the all major systems comprising the PV Power Plant are running in automatic and with a computed capacity weighted availability that is greater than or equal to ***%.

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.

  • POC means Point of Compliance. "POE" means Point of Exposure. "PSI" means pounds per square inch.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Fully vaccinated means the employer has documented that the person received, at least 14 days prior, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines must be FDA approved; have an emergency use authorization from the FDA; or, for persons fully vaccinated outside the United States, be listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).

  • Successful Applicant means an “employee applicant” or “applicant” who has been offered employment within this Bargaining Unit by the Employer.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Successful Vendor means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.

  • Successful has the meaning specified in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Clinical psychologist means a person who practices clinical psychology as defined in § 54.1-3600.

  • Psychotherapy notes means notes recorded (in any medium) by a health care provider who is a mental health professional documenting or analyzing the contents of conversation during a private counseling session or a group, joint, or family counseling session and that are separated from the rest of the of the individual’s medical record. Psychotherapy notes excludes medication prescription and monitoring, counseling session start and stop times, the modalities and frequencies of treatment furnished, results of clinical tests, and any summary of the following items: diagnosis, functional status, the treatment plan, symptoms, prognosis, and progress to date. 45 C.F.R. § 164.501.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Satisfactory academic progress means that a student passed at least three subjects at the end of the last grading period prior to the request for an enrollment certificate. If the student has not passed at least three subjects, the student will not be given an enrollment certificate and cannot get his/her driver’s license.

  • Pivotal Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial in any country that is prospectively designed to generate data intended to satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (as amended) in the U.S. or a similar clinical study prescribed by a Regulatory Authority from another country, from time to time, pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • Phase III Trial means a Clinical Trial of an investigational product in subjects that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to generate data and results that can be submitted to obtain Regulatory Approval as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable Clinical Trial prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • No-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights means the rights to schedule energy withdrawals from a specified point on the Transmission System. Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Withdrawals scheduled using Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • Phase IIb Clinical Trial means a clinical trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of patients that is designed to provide a preliminary determination of safety and efficacy of such Product in the target patient population over a range of doses and dose regimens.

  • Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) means a breath or saliva device, other than an Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT), that is approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:
