Major Systems definition

Major Systems means engine, transmission, exhaust emissions treatment, hydraulic, cooling, fuel, suspension, axles, steering, air, braking, door, climate control (HVAC), wheelchair ramp, fire suppression, electrical and electronics, electronic signage, structure/chassis and frame, exterior body, interior body, bumper, flooring, window, passenger seating, and lighting system.
Major Systems. The DDA shall be responsible for maintaining and repairing major systems of the premises, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems excluding kitchen vent hoods and associated equipment unless such repairs are due to the Development Partner’s negligence or misuse of the premises.
Major Systems means the heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and other major building systems of the Hotel Improvements.

  • Major Systems Changes are subject to HHSC desk review and onsite review of the Dental Contractor’s facilities, as necessary, to test readiness and functionality prior to implementation.

  • Prior to HHSC approval of the Major Systems Change, the Dental Contractor may not implement any changes to its operating systems.

  • The Dental Contractor must notify HHSC of a claims processing Major Systems Change in writing no later than 180 calendar days prior to implementation.

  • Upon the request of the Owner, the Design Professional shall furnish to the Owner sketches/illustrations/product samples and manufacturer’s data sufficient for the Owner to assess and achieve a comfort level with the proposed Major Systems as outlined in the Design Develop Documents.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this subparagraph, the District shall make all repairs and replacement of Common Major Systems to the Joint Facility pursuant to this subparagraph.

  • Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 5.B and 6, any proposed improvements to the Common Major Systems, shall be reviewed by the Committee and presented for approval by of the governing bodies of the District and City.

  • Prior to HHSC approval of the Major Systems Change, the MCO may not implement any changes to its operating systems.


More Definitions of Major Systems

Major Systems mean the following systems of the Building: the elevator and the HVAC system; the electrical system; that portion of the interior plumbing and sewer system which is not maintained by the utility provider; and the fire safety/sprinkler system.
Major Systems means those systems set forth in Section 2.16(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

Major Systems means (i) the Borrower's, Pittsburg ▇▇▇▇▇ System, Segno System, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ System, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ System, SnowShoe System, and Minco System and (ii) any System acquired by a Restricted Person pursuant to a Material Acquisition and any System constructed by a Restricted Person pursuant to a Material Project.
Major Systems means (i) the portion of the Jackson, Tennessee System, which serves the community of Jackson, Tennessee, (ii) the St. Tammany System, which comprises one consolidated headend and serves the communities of Slidell, Mandeville and St. Tammany, the towns of Pearl River, Abita Springs and Madisonville and the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Louisiana, and (iii) the Lafourche System, which comprises two headends, one of which is a consolidated headend, and serves the communities of Lafourche, Assumption, and St. ▇▇▇▇▇, Louisiana, and "Major System" means any one of the foregoing.

Related to Major Systems

  • Major system means the primary structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or occupant service components of a building which include but are not limited to, weatherization, roofing, plumbing (including wells), heating, electricity, sanitary plumbing (including septic systems), lead paint abatement or load bearing structural systems.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Supplier System the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including any software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Commissioner System);

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.
