Summary Final Distribution Report definition

Summary Final Distribution Report means the summary chart prepared by Settlement Class Counsel or the Settlement Administrator to show the distribution of the Settlement Consideration to each member of the Settlement Class for whom an address and amount of distribution can be determined. Defendant will cooperate and provide non-privileged information, accessible to Defendant in the ordinary course of business, reasonably requested by the Settlement Administrator or Settlement Class Counsel but will not be responsible for the calculation of or distribution from the Summary Final Distribution Report.
Summary Final Distribution Report means the summary chart prepared by Settlement Class Counsel or the Settlement Administrator to show the distribution of the Net Settlement Amount to each member of the Settlement Class for whom an address and amount of distribution can be determined. Defendants will cooperate and provide non-privileged information, accessible to Defendants in the ordinary course of business, reasonably requested by the Settlement Administrator or Settlement Class Counsel but will not be responsible for the calculation of or distribution from the Summary Final Distribution Report.
Summary Final Distribution Report means the summary chart prepared by Defendants’ Counsel, Class Counsel or the Settlement Administrator, showing the distributions to all Settlement Class members for which an address and amount of distribution of the Settlement Proceeds can be determined.
