Supplemental Credit Enhancement Agreement definition

Supplemental Credit Enhancement Agreement means a letter of credit, cash collateral account or surety bond or other similar arrangement with various credit enhancement providers which provides the benefit of one or more additional forms of credit enhancement which is referenced in the applicable Indenture Supplement for any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes in an Asset Pool.
Supplemental Credit Enhancement Agreement has the meaning specified in the Indenture.
Supplemental Credit Enhancement Agreement means a letter of credit, cash collateral account or surety bond or other similar arrangement with any credit enhancement provider which provides the benefit of one or more forms of credit enhancement which is referenced in the applicable Indenture Supplement for any Tranche of Notes in an Asset Pool.

Related to Supplemental Credit Enhancement Agreement

  • Credit Enhancement means, with respect to this Confirmation or any other Relevant Agreement, any credit enhancement or other credit support arrangement in support of the obligations of Dealer or Counterparty hereunder or thereunder or with respect hereto or thereto, including any guarantee or collateral arrangement (including any pledge, charge, mortgage or other security interest in collateral or title transfer arrangement), trust or similar arrangement, letter of credit, transfer of margin or any similar arrangement.

  • Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.
