Supplemental Documentation shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.5.

Supplemental Documentation means all agreements, instruments, documents, financing statements, warehouse receipts, bills of lading, notices of assignment of accounts, schedules of accounts assigned, mortgages and other written matter necessary or reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to perfect and maintain perfected the Collateral Agent's and the Lenders' security interest in the Collateral.

Supplemental Documentation shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5(a) of this Security Agreement.

Neither this Agreement nor the provision of any Service, nor the terms of any Enrollment Form or Supplemental Documentation will be construed to obligate Bank to create an overdraft, pay any amount in excess of Customer's collected and available funds in any applicable Account, lend money or otherwise advance funds to or on behalf of Customer unless expressly set forth in a written agreement between Customer and Bank.
