Supplemental Issuer Accounts definition

Supplemental Issuer Accounts means the trust account or accounts designated as such and established pursuant to Section 402(a).

Examples of Supplemental Issuer Accounts in a sentence

  • If within one year after the second notice all such Notes shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Indenture Trustee may take appropriate steps, or may appoint an agent to take appropriate steps, to contact the remaining such Noteholders concerning surrender of their Notes, and the cost thereof shall be paid out of the funds in the Collection Account or any Supplemental Issuer Accounts held for the benefit of such Noteholders.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a redeemed Series, Class or Tranche will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Series, Class or Tranche on the redemption date in accordance with the related Indenture Supplement.

  • If within one year after the second notice all such Notes shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Indenture Trustee may take appropriate steps, or may appoint an agent to take appropriate steps, to contact the remaining such Noteholders concerning surrender of their Notes, and the cost thereof shall be paid out of the funds in the Collection Account or any Supplemental Issuer Accounts of the applicable Asset Pool held for the benefit of such Noteholders.

  • Any Supplemental Issuer Accounts will receive deposits as specified in the applicable Asset Pool Supplement or Indenture Supplement.

  • Supplemental Issuer Accounts shall be created as specified in the applicable Asset Pool Supplement or Indenture Supplement.

  • If so specified in any Indenture Supplement, such amounts may be applied to cover certain shortfalls in the amount of investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on investments of funds in certain Supplemental Issuer Accounts.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a repaid Series, Class or Tranche will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Series, Class or Tranche on the repayment date, subject to the allocations, deposits and payments sections of the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a redeemed Tranche will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Tranche on the redemption date in accordance with the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a repaid Series or Class will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Series or Class on the repayment date, subject to the allocations, deposits and payments sections of the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Any funds in any Supplemental Issuer Accounts for a redeemed Series or Class will be applied to make the principal and interest payments on that Series or Class on the redemption date in accordance with the related Indenture Supplement.

Related to Supplemental Issuer Accounts

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Supplemental Interest Account As defined in Section 4.07 hereof.

  • Supplemental security income means the program authorized under title XVI of the social security act, 42 USC 1381 to 1383f.

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) means a program available to certain aged and disabled persons that is administered by the Social Security Administration through the Social Security office.

  • Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Indentures means, collectively, the Leased Aircraft Indentures and the Owned Aircraft Indentures.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.

  • Series Account means any deposit, securities, trust, escrow or similar account maintained for the benefit of the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class, as specified in any Supplement.

  • Supplemental Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 9.1B.

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.

  • Supplemental Trust Agreement means any trust agreement then in full force and effect which has been duly executed and delivered by the Authority and the Trustee amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Trust Agreement is executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Principal Account(s means deposit accounts of the Fund carried on the books of BBH&Co. as principal in accordance with Section 7 hereof.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Supplemental Note means, for each Supplemental Loan (whether one or more), if any, the Multifamily Note secured by the Supplemental Instrument for that Supplemental Loan.
