Supplemental Notes definition

Supplemental Notes is defined in Section 1.2.

Supplemental Notes. As defined in Section 3.6(b). Swing Lender: U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as the lender under the Swing Loan facility described in Section 3.5, and its successors in such capacity.
