Supplemental Reference Trust Agreement definition

Supplemental Reference Trust Agreement means a document pursuant to which Additional Units are deposited in connection with an increase in the number of Units initially specified in a Reference Trust Agreement." and to insert the following language in renumbered paragraph (6) defining "Bonds" after each reference to Reference Trust Agreement: "and Supplemental Reference Trust Agreements" and to replace the last word in renumbered paragraph (6) defining "Bonds" with the word "relate" and to insert the following language in renumbered paragraph (10) defining "Contract Bonds" after the reference to Reference Trust Agreement and redesignate the subsequent clause accordingly:
Supplemental Reference Trust Agreement means a document pursuant to which Additional Securities are deposited or acquired in connection with an increase in the number of Units initially specified in a Reference Trust Agreement.
Supplemental Reference Trust Agreement means a document pursuant to which Additional Units are deposited in connection with an increase in the number of Units initially specified in a Reference Trust Agreement."

Related to Supplemental Reference Trust Agreement

  • Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Seller and the Owner Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
