Supplemental Reports definition

Supplemental Reports means, collectively, the Initial Supplemental Report and the Quarterly Supplemental Reports.

Supplemental Reports is defined in Section 11.17.

Supplemental Reports include providing data needed for sustainability evaluations, product qualification and rating programs, assortment curation programs, and supplier qualification programs operated by a Designated Recipient in specified product categories.

Examples of Supplemental Reports in a sentence

• Multiple Supplemental Reports are to be submitted, as necessary, in order to provide new, updated, and/or corrected information when it becomes available and, per§191.15(c), each Supplemental Report containing new, updated, and/or corrected information is to be filed as soon as practicable.

• Failure to comply with these requirements can result in enforcement actions, including the assessment of civil penalties as provided in 49 USC 60122.For Supplemental Reports filed online, all data previously submitted will automatically populate in the form.
