ARTICLE THREE. MANAGED CARE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM The contractor's MCMIS shall provide certain minimum functional capabilities as described in this contract. The contractor shall have sophisticated information systems capabilities that cannot only support the specific requirements of this contract, but also respond to future program requirements. The DHS shall provide the contractor with what the DHS, in its sole discretion, believes is sufficient lead time to make system changes.
