  • In the course of a Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will use the Review Materials provided or made available by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 3.03 and 3.04, as well as any Supplemental Review Materials provided or made available pursuant to Section 3.10.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will then consider such Supplemental Review Materials and, within [ten (10)] days following the end of the Review period described in Section 3.06(b), either confirm or revise its Preliminary Review Report and provide the Servicer and the Master Trust Trustee with a final Review Report (a “Final Review Report”) setting out each final Test result (i.e., Test Pass, Test Fail or Test Complete) for the Review Receivables and Review Accounts.

Related to Supplemental Review Materials

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.
