Supplemental Service Fee definition

Supplemental Service Fee has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
Supplemental Service Fee means a fee (i) with respect to the first (***) Barrels of Canadian Crude for any day, in an amount of (***) per Barrel of Canadian Crude and (ii) with respect to any Barrels of Canadian Crude in excess of (***) for any day, in such amount per Barrel of Canadian Crude as the Parties may, from time to time, mutually agree.

Examples of Supplemental Service Fee in a sentence

  • In order to determine the rate by which your supplemental service fees will be waived in a given month (your “Monthly Supplemental Service Fee Waiver Rate”), the Trust will then multiply the Average Daily Management Fee Waiver Rate for the month by your “Supplemental Service Fee Waiver Percentage” for that particular Fund and share class.

More Definitions of Supplemental Service Fee

Supplemental Service Fee. Means payments to be made by FESTIVAL during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the schedule attached as EXHIBIT “O-4.” The Supplemental Service Fee is intended to offset a portion of the increased costs of public safety services. CITY and FESTIVAL acknowledge and agree that payment of the Supplemental Service Fee is directly related to the increased cost of CITY providing public safety services to FESTIVAL. FESTIVAL further acknowledges and agrees that CITY shall have no obligation to provide public safety services to FESTIVAL at any particular level; however, the CITY, acting through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, and FESTIVAL will meet annually, consistent with past practices, to discuss the provision of certain public safety services by the CITY to FESTIVAL, including police, fire and emergency services. FESTIVAL further acknowledges that the level of public safety services may change from time to time.

Related to Supplemental Service Fee

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.

  • Supplemental Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Collection Period, all administrative fees, expenses and charges paid by or on behalf of Obligors, including late fees, prepayment fees and liquidation fees collected on the Receivables during such Collection Period but excluding any fees or expenses related to extensions.
