Supplementary Card The Supplementary Card is the Card issued to a Supplementary Cardmember.
Supplementary Cardmember means a person who has been nominated by the Cardmember to be issued with an additional Card on the Account and is also covered by the insurance benefits included with the Card.
Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to or amendment and restatement of the Preliminary Prospectus and/or the Final Prospectus, and any further amendment, amendment and restatement or supplemental prospectus thereto or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Company under Canadian Securities Laws relating to the Distribution of the Offered Securities thereunder;
Primary care giver" means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.

Supplementary Agreement means the Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;
Academies Financial Handbook means the document with that title published by the EFA and amended from time to time, on behalf of the Secretary of State.
Day Care means the care, assistance, and supervision of an individual who does not stay overnight. Individuals receiving day care services are included in the licensed capacity of a home as described in OAR 411-360-0060.
customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.
Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;
Data Protection Impact Assessment means an assessment by the Controller of the impact of the envisaged processing on the protection of Personal Data.
Adult foster care means room and board, supervision, and special services to an adult who has a

Urgent Care means treatment for a condition that is not a threat to life or limb but does require prompt medical attention. Also, the severity of an urgent condition does not necessitate a trip to the hospital emergency room. An Urgent Care facility is a freestanding facility that is not a physician’s office and which provides Urgent Care.
Adult day care means a program for six (6) or more individuals, of social and health-related services provided during the day in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting frail, impaired elderly or other disabled adults who can benefit from care in a group setting outside the home.
customs area means the area of a customs station and includes any area in which imported goods or export goods are ordinarily kept before clearance by customs authorities;
Child care means continuous care and supervision of five or more qualifying children that is:
International Accounting Standards means the accounting standards approved by the International Accounting Standards Board from time to time.
Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;
Resource Adequacy Benefits means the rights and privileges attached to the Facility that satisfy any entity’s resource adequacy obligations, as those obligations are set forth in any Resource Adequacy Rulings and shall include any local, zonal or otherwise locational attributes associated with the Facility.
Title IV-E Foster Care means a federal program authorized under §§ 472 and 473 of the Social
