Supplier Solution definition

Supplier Solution means the Supplier's solution for the provision of the Services as referred to in paragraph 3.1 of the Order Form;

• VDOT may, at its sole discretion, order from Supplier Solution Maintenance Services including new Software releases, updates and upgrades.

• The following requirements relate to the Solution Components as detailed in the Solution Components Template as part of the Reference Supplier Solution.
