Supplier Solution definition

Supplier Solution means the Supplier's solution for the provision of the Services as referred to in paragraph 3.1 of the Order Form;

Supplier Solution means the Supplier's solution for the provision of the Contractor Services as referred to in the Order;

• Notwithstanding the issuing of any Milestone Achievement Certificate, the Supplier shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that the Supplier Solution as designed and developed is suitable for the delivery of the Deployed Services and that the Deployed Services are delivered in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

More Definitions of Supplier Solution

Supplier Solution means the Supplier's solution for the provision of the Services as referred to in Framework Schedule 1;
