Supplier Tariff definition

Supplier Tariff means Buyer's Electric Generation Supplier Coordination Tariff, or its successor, filed with and approved by the PUC.

The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.
