Supply Chain Security Information definition

Supply Chain Security Information means any information that Canada requires a Bidder or Contractor to submit to conduct a complete security assessment of the SCSI as a part of the SCI process.

Examples of Supply Chain Security Information in a sentence

  • In some situations, for reasons of national security, it may not be possible for Canada to provide further information to the Bidder; therefore, in some circumstances, the Bidder will not know the underlying reasons for Canada’s concerns with respect to a product, subcontractor or other aspect of the Bidder’s Supply Chain Security Information.

  • Canada may request from the Bidder any additional information that Canada requires to conduct a complete security assessment of the Supply Chain Security Information.

  • Canada may use any information, whether it is included in the bid submission or comes from another source, that Canada considers advisable to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Supply Chain Security Information.

  • In connection with that assessment process, Canada assessed the Contractor’s Supply Chain Security Information (SCSI) without identifying any security concerns.

  • ASSESSMENT OF SUPPLY CHAIN SECURITY INFORMATION: A2.1. Canada will assess whether, in its opinion, the Supply Chain Security Information creates the possibility that the Bidder’s solution could compromise or be used to compromise the security of Canada’s equipment, firmware, software, systems or information.

  • The bid must include all the Supply Chain Security Information required by Attachment B, taking into consideration the information provided in Attachment A.

  • A2.2. If, in Canada’s opinion, there is a possibility that any aspect of the Supply Chain Security Information, if used iby Canada, could compromise or be used to compromise the security of Canada’s equipment, firmware, software, systems or information: a) Canada will notify the Bidder in writing (sent by email) and identify which aspect(s) of the Supply Chain Security Information is subject to concern(s) or cannot be assessed (for example, proposed future releases of products cannot be assessed).

  • However, in order for the substitution to be accepted, in addition to meeting the specifications of the Contract, the Contractor must also submit for the SCI process the Supply Chain Security Information for each new item on the IT Product List, and not be declared ineligible as a result of the SCI assessment.

  • If the Bidder submits revised Supply Chain Security Information within the allotted time, Canada will perform a second assessment.

  • Canada will assess the Supply Chain Security Information of the bid with the lowest Total Evaluated Price in accordance with Attachment A.

Related to Supply Chain Security Information

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • National Security Information means information that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order 13526 or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form. Classified or national security information is specifically authorized to be protected from unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national defense or foreign policy under an Executive Order or Act of Congress.

  • Suitability information means information that is reasonably appropriate to determine the suitability of a recommendation, including the following:

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Directory information means information contained in an education record of a student which would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to: the student’s name, address, telephone listing, electronic mail address, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, grade level, enrollment status (i.e., full-time or part-time), participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, degrees, honors and awards received, and the most recent educational agency or institution attended. It also includes the name, address, and telephone number of the student’s parent(s). Directory information does not include:

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.

  • Employee Liability Information means the information which a transferor is obliged to notify to a transferee pursuant to Regulation 11(2) of TUPE regarding any person employed by him who is assigned to the organised grouping of resources or employees which is the subject of a relevant transfer and also such employees as fall within Regulation 11(4) of TUPE;
