Support Contract definition

Support Contract means a contract under which Hexagon provides Maintenance Services to Customer in relation to Covered Products and under which Customer is to compensate Hexagon therefor.

Support Contract means the contract that the holder of a license of the Silhouette Software must purchase as a precondition to receiving Support and Updates during a designated support period (see clause 12 and the Terms of Use for more detail).

Support Contract means a support services contract that includes rights to receive certain Updates of the Software, which contract is either (i) a Juniper-issued contract purchased by Customer either from Juniper or from a Juniper-authorized reseller, or (ii) a support services contract issued by a support services provider to Customer under authorization granted by Juniper.

Examples of Support Contract in a sentence

• No more than 120 days of when a sponsor was scheduled to attain full power operation and expects it will incur covered costs, the sponsor may make a claim upon the Department for the payment of its covered costs under the Standby Support Contract.

More Definitions of Support Contract

Support Contract means a support services contract that includes rights to receive certain Updates of the Software, which contract is either (i) a Juniper-issued contract purchased by Ordering Activity either from Juniper or from a Juniper-authorized reseller, or (ii) a support services contract issued by a support services provider to Ordering Activity under authorization granted by Juniper.
