  • Any change or substitution to CONSULTANT’S key personnel must receive the DISTRICT’s Technical Support Manager, written approval before said changes or substitution can become effective.

  • The DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager may determine the format for this progress report.

  • The DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager is designated to serve as project coordinator and to do all things necessary to properly administer the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • CONSULTANT agrees to provide to the DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager, monthly written progress reports concerning the status of the work.
