Any change or substitution to CONSULTANT’S key personnel must receive the DISTRICT’s Technical Support Manager, written approval before said changes or substitution can become effective.
For all other changes, except as provided herein, the DISTRICT’s Technical Support Manager and CONSULTANT’S representative shall agree in writing to the change.
Written permission must be sought from the CPRA, Project Support Manager prior to use of collected data/project information, for any of the publication purposes mentioned above.
To obtain such permission a draft paper/presentation must be submitted to the Project Support Manager for review and approval prior to its release.
The DISTRICT shall, upon request, furnish CONSULTANT with all existing data, plans, studies, and other information in the DISTRICT’S possession which may be useful in connection with the work of this Project, all of which shall be and remain the property of the DISTRICT and shall be returned to the DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager upon completion of the services to be performed by CONSULTANT.
Customers may request to have their issue escalated to the Technical Support Manager if they feel they are not getting superior service.
The DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager shall conduct periodic reviews of the work of CONSULTANT necessary for the completion of CONSULTANT’S services during the period of this Agreement, and may make other DISTRICT personnel available, where required and necessary to assist CONSULTANT.
The DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager may determine the format for this progress report.
The DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager is designated to serve as project coordinator and to do all things necessary to properly administer the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
CONSULTANT agrees to provide to the DISTRICT’S Technical Support Manager, monthly written progress reports concerning the status of the work.
