Surrender Area definition

Surrender Area means the lots and part lots listed at Part A Schedule 3 and depicted on the map in Part B Schedule 3 over which native title will be extinguished and which includes the State Area and the Gangalidda Freehold Area [ A copy of Part A Schedule 3 is attached to this register extract].   • The Native Title Parties surrender all Native Title Rights and Interests over the Surrender Area.

  • The Parties agree that the Surrender is intended to extinguish any native title that may exist in relation to the Surrender Area at the time of the Surrender.

Surrender Area means: (a) the Cape Moreton Area; (b) any Nominated Lot within the Maximum Surrender Area that is granted to the PBC in fee simple under the Land Act as a result of a request by the PBC under clause 7 of this Agreement; and (c) any Remaining Lot within the Maximum Surrender Area which is sold in accordance with the process set out in clause 9;
