Suspense Subfund definition

Suspense Subfund means the subfund of the ESOP Trust that holds Company Stock and that has been purchased with the proceeds of an Exempt Loan before such Company Stock has been released to the Released and Unallocated Subfund and allocated to ESOP Accounts.
Suspense Subfund means the subfund established under Section 6.2 as part of the Trust Fund to hold Shares purchased with the proceeds of an Exempt Loan pending the allocation of such Shares to individual Accounts.
Suspense Subfund means the subfund established pursuant to Section 6.4 as part of the Trust Fund to hold Company Stock purchased with the proceeds of an Exempt Loan pending the allocation of such Company Stock to Participants' Company Stock Accounts.

  • If, at the time of termination, there is any amount outstanding in an Exempt Loan, any amount remaining in the Exempt Loan Suspense Subfund shall be disposed of in a manner that provides for the repayment of amounts outstanding in any such Exempt Loan.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Section 17 to the contrary, any Shares allocated to a Suspense Subfund shall not be transferred to a successor employee benefit plan except as is required or permitted by the Committee in accordance with the terms of an Exempt Loan and the Regulations.

  • Suspense Account means the account established by the Trustee for maintaining contributions and forfeitures which have not yet been allocated to Participants.

  • Unallocated Account means the portion of the Trust to which Employer Contributions are made during the Plan Year, in which shares of Company Stock will be held prior to allocation to Participant Accounts, to which dividends paid on such shares of Company Stock will be paid, and from which will be paid expenses of the Plan and Under-Payment Expenses as defined in Section 3.5.

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.
