Sustainability Metric Percentage definition

Sustainability Metric Percentage means the level of growth in the Sustainability Metric specified in the table below for the applicable fiscal year from the 2020 Baseline as shown in the table below; the Sustainability Metric Percentage for each fiscal year shall be determined as of December 31 of such fiscal year.
Sustainability Metric Percentage means the target level of the Sustainability Metric specified for each period specified in the letter agreement between the Sustainability Structuring Agent and Prologis entered into prior to the Closing Date, as adjusted pursuant to Section 1.10.
