Sustainable Development Committee definition

Sustainable Development Committee has the meaning given in Schedule 10.
Sustainable Development Committee means a permanent committee, established by the decision of the Management Board, comprised of the Group's specialists with the competence of making proposals regarding the Group's sustainability activities, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the Group's operations, promotion of energy efficiency and management of green investments.
